Indiabulls scheduled to enter non-scheduled operations

Chetan Kapoor - Mumbai

Airmid Aviation Services, a division of Indiabulls which is a financial services and real estate company will begin its chartered operations in February, reveal market sources. The company's fleet consists of an EC 135 twin engine civil helicopter manufactured by Eurocopter, as well as a Bombardier Challenger 604.

The company has also received a non-scheduled operating clearance by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Furthermore, the ministry of civil aviation had permitted the company to import one Cessna Citation Bravo (550) and one Bombardier Global 5000 aircraft during the 116th meeting of the empowered committee held on November 28, 2007, as mentioned on its website.
